It is located in the heart of Marina di Campo with all services at Km0. A large veranda, sun loungers, second outdoor shower, and umbrella are available. Dog 30 The space There are two large private and fenced outdoor spaces, in total safety. On the main veranda there are sun loungers, induction hobs, sun loungers, a second outdoor shower with hot water and night lighting, a dining table, an umbrella and a sink with a countertop for outdoor cooking. The living area includes a double sofa bed, dining table, new kitchen with oven, microwave and a 55" Smart TV. From a comfortable hallway you can access the double bedroom that overlooks, like the living room on the large veranda. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the picture.
