You'll have one dedicated off-street parking spot on the parking pad behind the home and access to the entire home. You'll also be able to use the laundry in the basement level of the home. Other things to note RULES: -We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay -Parties and events are not allowed -Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap. **If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean** **If staying longer than 28 days we will require a standard Ohio lease agreement to be signed. Stays over 28 days make you a tenant. Standard tenant procedures apply. Proof of employment and income verification will be required.** We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. ****Early check-in (1pm - 3pm) OR late check-out (1 -2 hours after 10am) will be an additional $25.00+ and must be approved by Host prior to check-in. **** ***Loud & obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave. We respect our neighbors and do not want to bother them.*** ***This unit is located in a duplex with other tenants and guests. You will hear doors closing, neighbors chatting, etc. Everyone is very respectful and most are working professionals. Please keep your own noise to a minimum as well.*** *The current rate is the property's winter rate. Rate for April to October booking is roughly $300 more.
