You will be able to open the doors of the Building and your room by satellite connection using your Mobile Device after you have completed the Online Check-in. Other things to note Access is by email and there will be no one to receive you; you must fill in the ONLINE CHECK-IN with the data marked by the Government of Spain, our system will send you an email with the subject INDICATIONS AYZ HOTELS with all the information to access. • CREDIT CARD SECURITY DEPOSIT: 100 EUROS After confirming the reservation, before arriving at the hotel and when checking in online, we will request a valid credit card (debit cards or cash deposits are not accepted) in the guest's name to make a pre-authorization (temporary block) of €100 as a guarantee for possible damages and incidents during the stay. This is not a definitive charge: if there is no damage or pending consumption/penalties, the hold is released at the end of the stay. The release period depends on the issuing bank and may take several business days. This deposit is independent of the reservation payment made at the time of booking confirmation. • It is forbidden to smoke and drink alcohol inside the room, and in the common areas of the building. • No parties can be held inside the room or in the common areas of the building. • Please try not to make noise, especially if it is after 9 pm; there are other guests staying who will want to rest. • Do not leave clothes or personal items in the bathroom, it is for shared use. • You have WIFI at your disposal, no restrictions. • We welcome guests over the age of 17. • A charge of 30 euros will be applied if you do not respect the time of departure. • Damage/stains or any damage to sheets, towels, cushions or blankets will have an additional cost according to the contract.
