Additionally, the third floor includes a laundry area, half bath, and family entertainment space. This property is located within a gated subdivision to ensure safety and security. Please keep in mind that there may occasionally be noise beyond our control, but we always strive to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Guest access If your booking is for only 2 guests, the second bedroom will remain inaccessible. The property features two bedrooms. One is reserved for your booked guests, while the additional room is available for extra guests for an extra charge, should you wish to include them. This policy helps control electrical usage, and the room is fitted with a split-type air conditioner to ensure up to two extra guests can sleep comfortably. Please contact me with any questions.
