Other things to note Upon arrival at the apartment you will be received in person by a member of our team, or if circumstances do not allow it, we can provide you with the option of self-check-in (in any case, a member of our team will visit you at the apartment). If we receive you in person, free arrivals to the apartment will be from 16:00h to 20.00h. Arrivals after 20:00h until 22:00h will be subject to a supplement of 20€ to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys. Arrivals after 22:00h will incur a surcharge of 35€ to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys. FOR THE AUTOCHECKIN THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE. Early checkin - Late checkout available at no extra cost, subject to availability in the apartment. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith prior to the opening of the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
