The space We are renting out our family-friendly and cozy apartment, and we want to share this special place with people who will take care of it (non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed). Located in Arc 1800, our apartment has been completely renovated and designed for a comfortable stay. Situated in the quiet Vaugella residence, it is in close proximity to the slopes and the town center. Rated 5 stars in Paradiski, it accommodates 6 people. With a surface area of 80m² and a very spacious living room (40m²), it features 2 bedrooms and a mountain corner with double beds, two bathrooms, a private sauna, and a wood-burning stove. The apartment, facing south, is very bright, and its large balcony overlooks fir trees and a stream, delighting epicureans. The decor, freely inspired by Charlotte Perriand, combines vintage furniture with high-quality materials. The warm and sunny atmosphere invites well-being and sharing. We provide all kitchen basics (salt, oil, coffee, tea, pasta, rice, soups, etc.), shower gel, and eco-friendly cleaning products. Guests are kindly asked to replace what they use. A crib and a high chair are available. Residence without an elevator. Floor -2. Maximum occupancy: The property is rented for a maximum of 6 people. The tenant expressly agrees not to exceed this number without the owner's authorization. Noise: The residence is very quiet, with year-round residents (many of whom work when you are on vacation). Please respect their tranquility. No parties. Murphy bed: A small Murphy bed is present in the Orange room. It is not intended for rental use and is not part of the mentioned sleeping accommodations. As it does not comply with safety standards, any use is prohibited and would be solely at the responsibility of tenants who do not adhere to this prohibition. Non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Deposit : A security deposit of 1500 euros per credit card imprint will be requested before handing over the keys to the apartment. The access badge to the station via the elevator is included in this deposit. Do not lose it Access to the slopes: Shuttle: A shuttle stop at the residence allows access to the slopes in just 5 minutes (shuttles every 20 minutes). Ski return: Possibility of skiing directly back to the apartment If there is enough snow (for skilled skiers). Shopping: Quick access to the town's shops thanks to a special elevator badge. Rentals from Sunday to Sunday. This avoids traffic/train congestion, and you can ski on Saturdays when there are fewer people on the slopes. Concierge service: You will be welcomed on-site by a trusted person who will hand over the keys and tour the apartment with you. Beds will be made upon your arrival! Access by train: Bourg-St-Maurice station. At the end of the platform, a free funicular takes you to Arc 1600 in 7 minutes. Then a direct shuttle to the residence.
