The space 📍 Location - 5 minutes from Urbiztondo, home to Flotsam & Jetsam, Kabsat, Great Northwest (GNW), and Port San Juan - 2-minute drive to the nearest beach — our quiet, lesser-known surf spot, perfect if you want to enjoy the waves away from the usual weekend crowd 🌊 🏠 The Space Casa Isla is a 3-storey apartment in San Fernando, La Union: - 1st floor: Garage/parking (fits up to 3 motorcycles or 1 sedan) - 2nd floor: Kitchen & living room - 3rd floor: 2 private, air-conditioned bedrooms + toilet & bath 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements - Room 1: Pull-out full double bed - Room 2: Double bed + extra single mattress - Both rooms are air-conditioned and private 🍳 Kitchen & Living Area The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes: - Single-stove burner - Rice cooker - Refrigerator - Electric kettle - Drinking water - Plates, glasses, cups, and utensils - Pots and pans - Sponge and dishwashing soap The living room features a smart TV with internet access, perfect for relaxing after a full day of surfing in La Union or exploring San Juan.
