A spacious and comfortable house situated in the heart of the south wales valleys. A fully renovated 3 bedroom house in the centre of Beaufort that also has retained some of the features from when it used to be a local pub “ The Rising Sun” in the 1950’s What’s around us? We are located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons national park and within traveling distance of the following. Bike Park Wales Pen-y-Fan , Sugar Loaf , Skirrid Big Pit We are also located a 4min drive to the train station. The space Ground Floor: The ground floor has a brand new kitchen area with extended seating area that overlooks the newly completed garden/patio area. In the kitchen all appliances are for your use including cooker,hob,air fryer, toaster etc also under counter dishwasher. The kitchen has underfloor heating which is pre-set. A dinning table for 6 and also two comfortable settees to relax on while looking outdoors. There is also toilet and utility room, with washer and dryer. We have also included an iron and ironing board. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk will be provided with each stay. First Floor: ( As you enter the front door) The double living room has large comfortable sofas along with two chair’s and a stool. A wall mounted 50” HD smart tv with Netflix included. Also a fabulous view overlooking Welsh mountains. We have also provided board games for entertainment. Second Floor & Attic : Where you’ll sleep Bedroom 1 : 1 Super king bed with en-suite shower room Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed with en-suite full bath + Shower Bedroom 3: 2 small doubles with en-suite freestanding bath All bedding and towels supplied, hairdryers in each bedroom. Body wash, Shampoo + Conditioner Guest access Guests get full access to the whole property.
