Fully Equipped 1/1 Condo 10th Floor in a Private Island. This Condo has amazing views no matter which side of the unit you're facing you're in the middle of the ocean surrounded by nothing of endless blue ocean. On the private island you can enjoy a variety of things such as fishing, swimming, snorkeling, relaxing in the water, BBQ, play basketball, tennis, volleyball and much more. You can even swim/walk during low tide over to a small uninhabited key next to us, it has a beautiful beach. The space One of a kind private island!! A very unique place. Relax and take in the view from the balcony. Enjoy outdoor activities this island is just 40 minutes drive from San Juan, then a 5 minute Ferry ride which is available every 15 minutes (free of charge). You can visit the Tropical Rain Forest (El Yunque) a US Forest reserve, 15 minutes from grocery stores, gourmet, hospitals and fast food establishments nearby. This unit includes two A/C units, Kitchen, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Linens, beach Towels, towels, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, paper towels, toilet tissue, Washer/Dryer, snorkeling gear, fishing poles, outdoor hammock, basket ball, volleyball, soccer ball, beach paddles and ball, coffee, sugar, oil, and some basic cooking condiments and much more! Guest access - Basketball courts - Tennis Court - 2 swimming pools 1 kid pool - 18 gazebos with utilities - 24hr security & Security Officer until 11:00 pm - Ferry to the island (Free of Charge) 6:30am (from Isleta Marina) - 10:30pm (from Puerto Rico) 7 Days but always check with the captain especially if you have excursion in the mainland. Other things to note Ferry (free of charge) takes all guest and tenants/owners every 15 minutes from the pier to the Private Island. If you like us to forward you via Whats-App additional information of local attractions, restaurants, GPS driving directions, Parking or anything you may want or need to make your stay more memorable and explore the island like a native please do not hesitate to ask. *Guests Number extricly enforced* Guests cannot have Guests at anytime for any reason. The Condo is STRICTLY non-smoking (if evidence of smoking you will forfeit your deposit of $200.00), and NO pets allowed of any kind as we are extremely allergic (if evidence of pets you will forfeit your deposit of $200.00). For parking you can park in the street at your own risk or pay a fee at a Parking Lot. We provide toilet tissue bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, garbage kitchen bags, basic cleaning supplies and condiments/basic food per stay for the beginning of your stay. After they are used guest are responsible to replenished items if they need more. All blankets and pillows are located underneath bedroom beds storage and some extra pillows and blankets are located in Livingroom ottoman.
