Hi, I live alone in a 3-room apartment and can therefore rent out one of the bedrooms to someone who is interested. Please read the entire listing before booking 😊 Living close to bus connections to both Malmö and Lund, takes about 10 minutes by bus to Malmö. I rent out one room at a time, if there is a couple, for example, they will get the big room and likewise if it is 2 friends. I speak Swedish, English, Spanish and French. A warm welcome. Regards, Merlyn Jarlhov The space 3-room apartment in a quiet area. There is a larger room that has a double bed and a smaller room that has a bed of 120 cm x 200 cm and a large glazed balcony. I smoke but only on the balcony with the door closed. We'll share the toilet and kitchen. Guest access Depending on whether you come alone or as a couple, or 2 friends, you share a double bed in the larger room and a 120 cm bed in the smaller one. If there is one person, they will stay in the small room. So for those who want to book, I want you to know that I only rent out one of the rooms at a time and that I myself will be at home. There is also a bathtub for those who want to take a bath. During your stay I will be in my home when you rent and if you have any questions, I am available.
