The living room offers a spacious sectional with plush throws, perfect for cozying up to watch your favorite shows or movies on the impressive 85" 4K Smart TV. The space is adorned with tranquil plants, creating a serene atmosphere complemented by high ceilings. In the dining area, a large table and bench await, providing ample seating for the whole family. Additionally, the beautiful kitchen island and breakfast bar add to the open concept chef's kitchen, fully equipped with essentials. Coffee and tea enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee bar, complete with a Keurig, espresso machine, coffee press maker, coffee bean grinder, and electric tea kettle. Basic kitchen supplies are also provided for your cooking and baking needs. Downstairs, discover a full bathroom with a tub and shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and cotton rounds. The themed bedroom downstairs invites you to experience a touch of magic, with a twin-size daybed, a desk space for work or leisure, and the option to set up an additional twin mattress to transform it into a king bed (please provide advance notice). Upstairs, you'll find a laundry room with an ironing board and iron. The loft features an LED TV, a comfortable sectional, various lighting options, including an LED fireplace, and a selection of board games for entertainment. The upstairs rooms include the "Flower Room" with two full-size beds, the "Pink Room" with a full-size bed and light-up vanity, and the "Under the Sea Room" with a queen-size bed and pullout chaise lounge. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 55” 4K Smart TV, a full body mirror, and a connected bathroom with a tub, shower, and walk-in closet. Step outside into the large backyard, featuring a brand new pool and spa with a tanning shelf, pool loungers, inground barstools, and LED lighting. Enjoy poolside relaxation on deck loungers, a sectional with a firepit, or at the dining table with ample seating. A small bar next to the Charcoal BBQ Grill and a shade-providing umbrella add to the outdoor experience. Our customized backyard includes a 4-hole mini-golf course, a grass lawn for outdoor activities like yoga and picnics. The backyard, a labor of love, is sure to bring you joy. For fitness enthusiasts, I have started building a small gym in the garage equipped with a bench, weight rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, yoga ball, and yoga mats for guest use. --This is not an event or party house-- --The max occupancy at anytime is 12 people. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 12 people are allowed at all times-- POOL & SPA: **The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per day, and spa heating is available for an additional $50 per day. Payments for pool and spa heating must be made in full 24 hours before check-in, as it takes time for the pool to heat. Pool heat is set to 86 degrees, and spa heat is set to 100 degrees. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously. If you choose to have the pool heated, it must be for the entire duration of your stay. **Please note that the pool and spa are serviced twice a week, and we provide a skimmer for guests to use during their stay. Due to high-intensity winds in the desert, debris may fall into the pool. **For your safety and security, we have installed doorbell, front yard, and backyard cameras. We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy all the amenities our home has to offer! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of housekeeping closets inside the home and a storage bin in the garage. You will not have access to these at any point during your stay. Other things to note POOL AND SPA NOTES: **Please keep in mind that the pool and spa are not covered and we will make every attempt to keep the pool and spa as clean as possible but at times leaves and debris might make their way into the pool. There is an available skimmer for guests to use during their stay. Additionally, there is an automatic vacuum available. The pool is also serviced twice a week. If this is something that might concern you please ask questions ahead of time to see if the service falls during your stay. NO SMOKING: **This is a non-smoking property. Smoking odor is hard to eliminate which makes it unpleasant for the guest after you. If smoking odor is detected after your check out, you will incur a fee for having to take extra steps to eliminate the odor. CHARCOAL GRILL: **The grill is charcoal, feel free to use as needed. There is a small amount of charcoal under the grill and if there is more needed, there are various grocery and convenience stores in the area. MAINTENANCE: **The gardener is scheduled to service the home throughout the week. During this time, he will ONLY access the front and backyard. We cannot reschedule his service. Guests must read and agree to house rules prior to arrival. • Sorry, no pets of any kind. If signs of any pet are discovered, guest authorizes owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. • No smoking or drugs. We are a non-smoking property anywhere inside or outside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fee for additional cleaning and smoking violation. • No parties or events allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking and/or a penalty rate for the full term of the booking. • Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. • Please take care of the furnishings and linens. Damages or excessive stains will be billed. • No glass around pool/spa area. Use plastic glasses provided. • Please use provided coasters for drinks. • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music or loud noises. • Pool heating costs $100/ day. We need advanced notice at least 24 hours prior to arrival. • Spa heating costs $50/ day. Jets will be provided. This home is licensed by the City of Coachella under license number B-1004815.
