Hello friends, We want to share our vacation home in the Pocono Mountains so you can experience the peace and tranquility we encounter when we stay in this amenity-filled community. We are a family with two children and a dog! It is our go-to place when we need to be in nature to recharge and indulge in self-care. The home is conveniently located just minutes away from Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback, Shawnee, The Crossing Premium Outlets, lakes, hiking, and more! The space Our family loves being at the house; we enjoy looking at the fascinating plants and wildflowers and watching the deer, bunnies, and beautiful birds pass by. The backyard space is big enough so the kids can run freely (of course, always supervised.). The community amenities are also a plus, as we often go to the heated indoor pool in the winter and the outdoor pool, lakes, etc., during the warmer months. The bar/grill at the Community Center offers delicious foods and drinks at a decent cost. The Community Amenities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, bar/grill with a dining area, game/arcade room, locker rooms with showers, a children’s playground, basketball, and tennis court. Seasonally, you can utilize any of the six lakes with picnic tables or the outdoor pool. ***Please inquire about Hours of Operation. The passes for the community amenities are to be purchased at the Community Center. **** Bedrooms (Located on the Second Floor) Master Bedroom - one King Size bed with a Mattress that features Cooling and Motion Separation on an Adjustable Base and a Sofa. Mountain Room - One Queen-size bed with a PressureSmart Hybrid mattress and one full-size bed with a memory foam mattress. Bear Room - One Queen size bed with a PressureSmart Hybrid mattress. Small Room/Office - One full-size bed with a memory foam mattress and a desk. Seasonally, there are four air conditioners, one in the master bedroom, one in the mountain room, one in the bear room, and the other in the living room. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. Parking- Paved driveway (6 vehicles) Outdoor: yard, porch with seating, deck with seats and a small table, fire pit (We DO NOT supply wood, but you can use the wood underneath the deck or contact us to know where you can purchase some.), hammock (seasonally), outdoor playground, small sandbox, and a grill. We provide a propane tank for the grill, based on availability. We try our best to keep it filled, but in the rare event that you must take the empty tank for refilling, we will reimburse you for the cost of the propane. *******Please note that all outdoor amenities—such as the fire pit, grill, and playground—are to be used at your own risk. Disclaimer: While we aim to provide a full and enjoyable experience, inclement weather, including heavy winter storms, may limit access to outdoor features like the fire pit. We do not plow or shovel the backyard due to it's size and grassy terrain. Kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, ninja blender, electric kettle, refrigerator with ice maker, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, and dishware. Dining Room: a small bar and dining table with eight chairs and a relaxing view of nature (our secluded yard). Indoor: 3 Smart TVs, board games, electric fireplace, Xbox One (one remote) and Xbox Series X with Game Pass (one remote). Dog-friendly/Pet fee - paid pre-trip - We have a (42.75 L x 28.5 W x 30.5 H in.) Dog Crate you can use if needed. We would love for you to stay at our place and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Please note that this is a quiet family community! NO PARTIES OR SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! WE HAVE CARPET. IF SOMEONE SMOKES IN THE HOUSE, THE SMELL WILL STAY, AND YOU WILL BE FINED! Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM), fireworks prohibited. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, apart from the garage and master bedroom closet. Other things to note *STREAMING APPS* We do not provide log-in accounts for streaming apps on our smart TV. Guests are kindly requested to use their personal log-in accounts to access and enjoy streaming services during their stay and ensure they log out of their personal accounts upon check-out. We have 4 ring cameras, one is outside a doorbell camera facing the front entrance, another is outside pointing towards the driveway, there is one looking towards the fireplace outside, then there is one camera behind the house outside pointing towards the shed. They are all motion activated and record audio once activated.
