Other things to note Tidewater HOA requires you must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Upon check-in, you will be required to show photo ID at the desk to obtain wrist bands to access the building. You may use property facilities, the entire day, on check-in and check-out, at no extra charge! There are changing/restrooms for your use until the condo is ready. Use the parking all day! There is a $58+tax~ registration fee. This is a one-time fee per group, per stay. Registration fee will be collected when you complete your registration online PRIOR to arrival. This fee includes wristbands for all adults in your group and up to 2 parking passes.
