Comfortable family cottage in scenic Holmsjö

Welcome to a nature-loving home with many opportunities! The cottage is beautifully located, surrounded by meadows and with a large fenced garden. This is the cottage to stay in if you enjoy being surrounded by nature and still have close access to most things. Walking and cycling distance to swimming, boating/fishing, outdoor gym and barbecue area, and to Holmsjö center, which has a cozy summer café, grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and flea market in the nearby village. The space 80 m2 fresh cottage with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. An extra bed is available in the living room. Towels and bed linens are included or can be rented for SEK 200/person. This includes shower and beach towels as well as sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. You choose whether you want to clean the cottage after your stay or not. Otherwise, the cost of cleaning is SEK 1,200. Cleaning equipment and instructions are provided in the cottage. Towels/bed linens and cleaning are booked via message to us in advance and paid locally on site. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom, cozy living room with fireplace, TV and free WiFi. The living room has access to a private terrace with sun in all directions and table/chairs/barbecue are under the roof. Football, kubb, badminton and board games are available in the cottage. Firewood and bicycles to borrow are available in storage on the premises. Sun loungers with cushions are ready on the veranda. Other things to note The boat is located in nearby Bredasjön (700m), where you will also find the swimming area; which has a shallow part for smaller children; and a part with diving boards, docks and toilets. Öland (and Öland's zoo/water park) can be reached within a little over an hour's drive, and to the north you can easily get by car to Glasriket and Kosta. There is an opportunity to take a train from Holmsjö to nearby cities such as Karlskrona (visitkarlskrona), Kalmar, Växjö and Emmaboda.
