The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a coffee maker, and all necessary cooking essentials, dishware, and flatware. Outdoor Perks The outdoor area includes a swimming pool, a gas grill, and a hot tub. Please note that the hot tub cover is currently strapped down due to high winds. General Amenities - Free WiFi and keyless entry - Washer/dryer, air conditioning, and central heating - Linens, towels, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries Parking The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles. Please ensure that no vehicles are parked in front of the neighbors' houses. Guest access Guests must be 21 and older snd provide a copy of their ID to host. The check-in time might be at 5 PM due to guests checking out the same day. In order to arrive at a clean and sanitized home, we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety.
