You won’t want to leave this unique, one-of-a-kind place. This large, private bedroom is in Anne and Dicks beautiful home. It's set in a pristine native bush land, just off the main freeway. The abundance of native bird life, coupled with their peacock, Guinea fowl, chickens, duck, alpaca and a sheep all add to making your stay special. Continental breakfast is included in the price plus there is a guest lounge with TV and complimentary port. Your room has its own tea & coffee making area. The space This recently renovated house offers a peaceful break from the city or from your long journey. The rooms are all new, clean and well presented. You may feel free to roam around the grounds and its several seating areas where you can have a quiet drink or just sit and watch the native birds, sun set etc. Pets are welcome so long as they are house trained and are not allowed on the furniture. Please note; this is a rural UNFENCED property so guests are responsible for their animals at all times. Dogs should also not be left in bedrooms on their own without prior approval. The complimentary continental breakfast can be served at any time your request, between 6.30a.m - 9.30a.m. in the dining room. Guest access Once checked in, as well as your own private room you will also have access to the guest lounge and TV. You are welcome to go to any of the outdoor seating areas too. Anne and Dick close off their living area after check in, to allow privacy for all parties plus to keep their beautiful golden retriever (Florence), from visiting the guest area. She is extra friendly and will just want to visit you or your dog if you are travelling with one. The door that partitions the areas is never locked though, so if you need the hosts you can get access to them. Breakfast is served at a time of your request, between 6.30 - 9.30a.m ( as check out is at 10.00), and is served in the seperate dining room that you will be shown when you check in. At least one of them is always around, either in the house or the garden/garage area Other things to note Please ensure that any dogs you bring are house trained and keep off of the furniture. A charge of $150 will be made if extra cleaning is required as a result of your pet(s). There will also be a charge of $35 for any keys not returned. Thank you for your understanding.
