You'll be staying with me and my retired parents —they’re warm and welcoming, though a little shy with English. Rest assured, they truly enjoy hosting kind guests! The house is ideally located: 🌿 Just 200 meters from the seaside park — perfect for morning walks 🍽️ 650 meters to local food areas 🛒 1 to 1.8 km to wet markets and supermarkets 🚗 Only a 7-minute (2.8 km) drive to the ferry station ☕ Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and gyms We rent out our extra rooms to keep the house lively and help maintain it. Late Return: Coming back after 10 PM? Just give me a quick call when you're at the front door —I’m usually awake until 12am and happy to let you in! Parking: One car spot is available in the garage — please check with me ahead of time to confirm availability. It's best to move the car outside of 3–9 PM when the pavement gets crowded. Since your reservation is for 7 nights or longer, we’d love to share a few helpful notes to make your stay even more comfortable: Amenities: We’ve stocked complimentary consumable amenities for your convenience when you arrive. These items won’t be replenished during your stay, but if you need anything, nearby options include: Citimart (1 km) MM Megamarket (1.8 km) Bac Son Wet Market (1 km) You’ll also find some great food recommendations in our online Guidebook! Housekeeping: A light cleaning service will be done every 7 days. To help keep things fresh in between, I’ve left some cleaning supplies under the sink. Fresh sheets and towels are available weekly upon request. I’ll usually check in with you every 7 days, but feel free to reach out anytime if you need anything! Medicine & Pharmacy: If you need medicine during your stay, there are pharmacies about 1 km away — and delivery services are available if you prefer having it brought right to your door. Kitchen: Feel free to cook anytime in the shared ground floor kitchen! You’ll find cooking utensils, spices, and basic essentials ready for you. We just kindly ask that you do a quick clean-up after yourself so the kitchen stays nice for everyone. Laundry: Need to do some laundry? There’s a washing machine on the ground floor you’re welcome to use whenever you need. Wi-Fi: Our internet runs between 20–36 Mbps — fast enough for streaming your favorite shows, working online, or catching up with friends. Parking: There’s a possibility to park in the garage. Please just check with me ahead of time to confirm availability! Smoking Policy: My dad does smoke (can't stop him! 😅), but we do our best to keep the house fresh. Please avoid smoking inside the rooms. You’re welcome to smoke outside on the balcony or rooftop area. Pets: We share our home with a very chill 13-year-old dog and cat! If you love animals, you'll feel right at home. But if you're allergic or need a totally fur-free space, this house might not be the best fit. Garbage & Recycling: Trash and recycling pick-up is scheduled daily. You’re welcome to dispose of your garbage at any time using the bins located near Royal Palace Restaurant. Visitor Policy: For the safety, comfort, and privacy of all residents, only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. If you wish to have a visitor (someone who is not staying overnight), that’s okay occasionally — but please check with me first! Let me know who’s coming, when, and for what purpose. I like to keep my family and other guests informed so no one is surprised by unfamiliar faces around the house.
