Eco-Friendly Nest near UNCG, Proximity, & Greenway

Our little nest is an eco-friendly getaway in our garden. You'll have the place all to yourself, with the exception of our backyard ducks going by. The building is separate from our home and has everything you'll need for a stay, including a mini-fridge, coffee pot, full-sized bed and a walk-in shower. And yes, we love long-term guests! The space We hope you enjoy the space as much as we enjoyed seeing it come together. Originally a work and storage space off the side of our garage, our little Ankebo (duck castle, in Swedish) has been transformed into an eco-friendly “tiny” apartment. Filled with reused, recycled and energy efficient materials and finishing, this is the space for people who want an environmentally friendly stay in Greensboro. Guest access You'll have the whole space to yourself, including the little patio and European bistro set. Feel free to hang out in the hammock or our deck, and let us know if you need to use the stove or oven in our house or wash a load of clothes. Other things to note We've got two pet laying ducks in the backyard, Cay (short for Cayuga, her breed), Trixie, and Nels. Most people don't know they're there, but we enjoy just sitting and watching them wander and play. We have an English Springer Spaniel, Lolly, born in September 2016. She loves people, but we can keep her away from anyone who lets us know they prefer a little distance. We compost and recycle--just ask where the bins are for each.
