The house offers an open common area and nice bedrooms with closet storage. The house has a functional kitchen with space to cook for the whole family. The living room is cozily decorated with a wood-burning stove. Around the house there are lovely outdoor areas with a terrace on three sides of the house. The house is located on a large natural plot where deer and pheasants often stop by. The space The cottage is undisturbed at the end of the road with meadow and protected forest as the closest neighbors. The plot is 1,900 m² and offers wild, scenic nature and lots of tranquility. From the house, it's only 900 meters to the North Sea along Trail 21, which starts right outside the door, perfect for both beach trips and walks in the woods. The location is ideal for both families with children and couples. Fårup Sommerland is a short distance away, Blokhus is about 6 km away, and Aalborg is only about 40 minutes away by car. The house has a terrace on three sides, so the sun can be enjoyed all day, as well as garden furniture with space for up to 16 people, ideal for cozy meals and long summer evenings. TV and Sonos systems can be operated via smartphone when connected to the house's fast wifi (1000 Mbit). The rental price includes free access to the facilities in Jetsmark Hallen, only a 15-minute drive from the house. Here you'll find a swimming pool, fitness center, badminton courts, and more activities for the whole family. It is possible to bring one dog for an additional fee. Dogs are not allowed to stay on the furniture. For the family's youngest, there is the possibility to borrow equipment such as high chairs, cots, etc. Guest access There are two bedrooms with double beds and a bunk room for two children. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people, but bring your own bedding and linens. There are no baby duvets for the travel cots. Bathroom includes shower and washing machine. Kitchen in open connection with living room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Large terraces to the east, south and west. Garden furniture for 16 people, so there are good opportunities to be outside regardless of the time of day. Other things to note We are in the process of updating the house and will do it in stages over the coming years. We want the house to better match our style and needs. You may find that furniture has been replaced or the decor has been changed when you arrive at the house - this should make your vacation even better. We are a family with small children and you will have the option to rent equipment for the little ones. The house has a travel bed for baby, high chairs, changing table, stroller, which can be selected as needed. Please remember to bring bedding and linens, as well as towels for the beach. There are duvets and pillows for all guests, as well as a bath towel per person and cloths and dish towels for the kitchen. Firewood and electricity are not included in the rent. Firewood is brought by the tenant and electricity is charged at DKK 3 per kWh. There are three bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bunk room suitable for two children.
