Guest suite in Saint-Herblain

Discover the Californian suite, this single-story accommodation, bathed in light, offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room, a bathroom and a dressing room (29 m2) - please note there is no kitchenette. This accommodation will be ideal to accommodate you comfortably during your stay. It is a peaceful haven in a quiet area a few minutes from the main infrastructures of the Nantes metropolis (Zenith, airport, polyclinic, Atlantis Center...). The space The living room is equipped with a sofa, coffee tables, chairs, a table and the necessary equipment for your moments of relaxation (coffee maker, capsules and kettle). We provide a fridge/freezer and microwave with basic cutlery, but there is no kitchenette/kitchen. The plus of the living room: a roof window with its retractable blind and a 3m glass window create a bright atmosphere. The room offers a 160 x 200 cm bed with shelves to put your things. A television is at your disposal (OQEE by Free + NETFLIX + Amazon Prime). A dresser will allow you to store your clothes to make the most of the space. Linens provided. The modern bathroom completes the experience with a 140x80 shower. Bath towels provided. A dressing room allows you to store your suitcases. There is a clothing rack to hang your clothes if needed. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard to enjoy the outdoors on sunny days. Guest access The Californian suite has its own separate entrance. It is attached to the house but completely autonomous (a door and a shutter separate the two dwellings from the interior). This suite is an extension at the front of the house. No one is above you. It's a roof terrace. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the suite. Other things to note Linens are washed with organic and hypoallergenic laundry detergent. The Californian suite is maintained and disinfected with natural and organic products. On heavy rain days, it is possible to hear water running into the living room. Indeed, rainwater is evacuated from the roof terrace by one of the interior partitions. It's not a problem, but I prefer to warn travelers.
