The train station is 2.5 km away and all amenities are on Is-Sur-Tille or Saint-Julien (10 minutes). The space The accommodation consists of a ground floor, a large living room with TV and sofa. You can eat in a spacious fitted and equipped kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The kitchen overlooks a small private inner courtyard with garden furniture. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub. On the 1st floor: - Double bedroom with balcony and wardrobe - Double bedroom with barred baby cot and dressing room - Landing with desk and single extra bed Numerous books, board games and toys are available to make your stay more enjoyable. You will have access to the whole house and a second private courtyard where garden furniture is also available. You can also borrow a barbecue upon request. The accommodation is rented with all the necessities: bed and towels, equipped kitchen, internet. Our animal friends are welcome on request. Guest access Access to the house can be done independently in the absence of the owners thanks to a key box. Other things to note Pets are allowed upon prior request. No smoking in the house or in the yard where there is synthetic grass. It's a quiet house so overly festive evenings are not acceptable. No cleaning fee has been charged to you, so the house must be returned clean. If this is not the case, you will be charged €30.
