Chalet at the chameleon

The Chameleon Cabin offers accommodation on the shore of a pond, with a spacious terrace featuring a grill, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a cedar infrared sauna overlooking the pond, plus evenings spent sitting by the fireplace... You can take a romantic boat ride on the pond or play ping-pong :-) If you want to enjoy nature to the fullest, you can swim right in the pond, which has a sandy entrance; otherwise, you can enjoy a dip in the cabin's pool. In the evening, we recommend watching the radky, ducks, swans, and maybe even kingfishers when grilling on the pond... .-) The space The house is one part of a semi-detached house. The second house is visited sporadically by a neighbor. There are no fences, so you may see or meet a neighbor outside in front of their house. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage, pergola, hot tub, pool and garden around the cottage. The second part of the semi-detached house belongs to the neighbor, so it is necessary to be considerate, not to organize any parties and not to let animals run freely in someone else's garden. We are part of a protected natural habitat, so it is not possible to completely separate the land from each other by a fence. Other things to note the cottage has a bedroom upstairs with a large 3-meter wide bed, where the whole 5-member family can sleep comfortably. There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more guests. Please note that a deposit of 200 Euro (5000 CZK) is collected upon arrival, which is refundable upon departure after deducting the consumed electricity at a price of 7 CZK/Kwh... Firewood, pets and the like are free :-) The cottage has utility water from a well. Fresh drinking water is available in a barrel and is intended for drinking and cooking... The holiday home is not suitable for parties and celebrations, with regard to the peace and well-being of people living in the neighborhood. If you want to celebrate, please use another accommodation! If you belong to really very noisy groups even during normal daytime hours, we also ask for consideration and use of another accommodation, because the proximity of the water surface greatly amplifies the transmission of noise to other living citizens in the area... The cottage is located in a protected landscape area and there are endangered species of animals (for example, the common merganser), so we try to respect the surrounding animal life and also the people living here permanently.
