Vacation can start immediately upon arriving as the closest pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts are right across the street from this home. 5 min walk to beach access 39 with included coded access to a beachfront restaurant with a pool in the center. Two parking spots are included The space This beach escape is a 5-minute walk to the beach and includes full access to all the Gulf Highland Resort amenities. The closest of 11 pools is directly across the street from my home and is heated! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, gas stove, new appliances, coffee bar etc. My home has two bedrooms. A King bed is in the first, Queen and Twin beds are in the second bedroom and the living room hosts a pullout couch. Family friendly supplies such as pack n play, highchair and baby gate are available as well. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse plus all the community amenities while visiting! The resort also offers additional vacation add-on rentals such as golf carts, bicycles and e bikes. Two numbered parking spaces are in front of the home with additional vehicle parking offered by the resort for $10/24 hours. Other things to note A Blink motion floodlight/camera is located at the front of the house and monitors the driveway. This is the only camera located on in or on the grounds.
