The space The Lyman Lodge is located in a private, gated community. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 6 guests: - 2 queen beds - 1 full bed - 1 lofted twin bed - Pack & play - Highchair There are a number of house amenities available to guests: - Smart TVs in living room and each bedroom - Linens and towels - Fully stocked kitchen and coffee/tea bar - High chair - Games - Smart lock with personalized guest codes - Full deck & charcoal grill - Fire pit & adirondack chairs (firewood not provided) - Personal toiletries - Front deck with chairs - AC unit in main living area, ceiling fans in each bedroom - Washer & dryer - Gas fireplace Guest access Guests can also enjoy access to Big Bass Lake community amenities! Daily guest passes are required and available for purchase to access the following: Indoor & outdoor pools Indoor pool: Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays Wednesday: 6p - 7:45p Friday: 5p - 7:45p Saturday: 11a - 6:45p Sunday: 11a - 4:45p Outdoor pool & splash pad: Closed for the season (reopens Memorial Day weekend) Fitness center Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts Pass pricing (per person): $8/day (non-holiday) | $10/day (holiday/weekend) $30/week (non-holiday) | $50/week (holiday) Children under 6: Free In addition to the amenities, guests can enjoy seasonal activities on Big Bass Lake, including fishing, kayaking (reservation required), swimming, ice skating, and ice fishing. Other things to note Important Community Requirement: All guests must complete a renter’s registration form before arrival. The Lyman Lodge will submit this form to Big Bass Lake for security and check-in purposes. The community requires at least 3 days’ notice for all guest registrations. Please Note: Last-minute bookings (within 3 days of check-in) are subject to a $50 fee, as required by the Big Bass Lake Community Association. Additionally, any changes to the renter’s form after submission—such as adding or modifying guest information—will incur a $15 change fee.
