Full of personality and botanical-inspired details, the house offers a welcoming blend of period charm and modern convenience. The cosy living room is centred around a beautiful Victorian fireplace, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV creating an inviting space to relax after a day exploring Chester. The open-plan kitchen and dining area makes it easy to cook, eat and spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, induction hob, microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities. A downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin provides additional convenience, particularly for families and larger groups. Bedrooms & Bathroom Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms designed to suit families and groups. The master bedroom features a spacious super king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a single bed, making it ideal for a child or solo guest. All beds are prepared with quality hypoallergenic linen to help ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The family bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Guest access Guest access is via a secure key safe, with entry details provided 24 hours before check-in for a seamless arrival. Perfect for families exploring Chester, the property offers easy access to the city centre by foot, car, or nearby bus routes. Within walking distance is a fantastic green space featuring tennis courts, play areas, and a popular splash water area that is free to visit during the summer months. Nearby, the charming hand-pulled ferry crosses the River Dee to The Meadows in Handbridge, where you can enjoy scenic riverside walks and a variety of cafés and restaurants. The property benefits from private driveway parking with space for one vehicle, providing convenient and stress-free access throughout your stay. Other things to note If you have time, please water our plants. We absolutely love keeping our gardens colourful and beautiful, however, we do not want to interupt your stay for maintenance. If you can just give us a drop of water we can keep our flowers blooming all year long! For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £120, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately. The rear garden is not fully enclosed, so we advise that they are not left unattended while outside. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
