The space Cheshire Escapes presents a charming, botanical retreat bursting with color and greenery. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by an array of plants and flowers, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. At the rear, a beautifully planted seating area accommodates up to six guests, ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with a drink. A converted garage provides extra space for guests to enjoy. Inside, the home blends character with modern comfort. The entrance hall leads to a cozy lounge with a stunning Victorian fireplace, plush sofas, and a coffee table, perfect for unwinding. The Smart TV offers access to your streaming accounts for personalized entertainment. The open-plan kitchen and dining area at the back of the house is designed for functionality and socializing. It’s fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, induction hob, and coffee/tea-making facilities. A high dining table with seating for four invites guests to enjoy meals or casual drinks together. A W/C located beneath the stairs features a wash basin and toilet. Fresh hand wash and towels are provided for guest use. Upstairs, three thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and blackout curtains. The second bedroom also features a double bed, chest of drawers, and blackout curtains. The third, a cozy single, is perfect for a child or solo traveler. High-quality, hypoallergenic linens are provided in all rooms. The main bathroom, next to the master, has a walk-in shower, wash basin, and toilet. If you’re bringing a pet, please bring separate towels for them. On the top floor, a dedicated games room adds an extra touch of fun for children. This charming home, just a 10-minute walk from Chester’s heart, offers the perfect escape for families, friends, and pets alike. *Please note that we only have a travel high chair or a booster seat available, both with the travel cot are subject to availability, kindly inform us in advance so we can prepare it accordingly. Guest access Accessed via a key safe, will be given just prior to check in. The property is great for families to get away visiting Chester. Easy to walk or drive into the centre with a bus stop near by. With a great park/ waterpark in summer months within walking distance. Near to the waterpark there is a ferry that crosses over arriving at 'the meadows' Handbridge, easy walking to the river front and restaurants. Other things to note If you have time, please water our plants. We absolutely love keeping our gardens colourful and beautiful, however, we do not want to interupt your stay for maintenance. If you can just give us a drop of water we can keep our flowers blooming all year long! For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
