Relax with your whole family at this peaceful home nestled in the Quartz Mountains in Southwest Oklahoma. Visit Lugert Lake, great fishing, swimming or hike the mountains and explore. A perfect spot to relax in a safe, quiet and friendly small town. This home is smoke-free, clean and has basic essentials for your relaxing stay. The area has lots of hidden gems; great food, fun and shopping. Located 30 minutes from I-40 and 25 minutes to Altus. 15 minutes South to Blair for excellent food! The space The Bunk House is located in Granite, Oklahoma at the foot of the Quartz Mountains. A beautiful view and a quiet area. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Enjoy the relaxing and quiet space with a fenced backyard and a carport. The Bunk House is a quiet 2 bedroom space with 2 extra game chair/single fold out beds with bedding for kids. The town of Granite is a quiet small town but we have added an outdoor security camera for safety measures. A concrete drive for ease of access a covered front porch with seating to watch the birds and enjoy the view. The public pool, children's playground and walking path is within walking distance on the next block, easily seen from the front yard. A short drive to the Quartz Mountain State Park, all it has to offer and the Lookout Kitchen; also the Backdoor Steakhouse in Blair or Luigi's Pizzeria. Maybe shopping is on your list; take a short drive to Blair America and Altus for unique boutique shopping. Other things to note The property does have outside security cameras for security purposes, to keep guests feeling safe and secure. This is a smoke-free, vape-free and marijuana-free home but feel free to relax outside on the peaceful porch area. This a two bedroom home but we offer gaming chairs that fold out to beds for the youngsters and recliners in the living room area. We also have a porta crib for infants/toddlers.
