We are located 3 three minutes away from the exit of highway 22, one hour from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport and Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla. The nearest beaches are at a distance of 10 to 15 minutes. Supermarkets and stores such as Walmart and Plaza del Norte are 8 to 14 minutes away. Important Notice 💡 Due to occasional infrastructure issues on the island, interruptions of electricity, water, or WiFi may occur. These situations are outside the host’s control and managed by public utilities. Please note that the accommodation does not have a generator or water tank. In the event of a power or water outage, service will resume once the utility company restores it. By booking this accommodation, guests acknowledge and accept that these events may occasionally happen. No parties or events are allowed. Any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Important Booking Policy: For security and insurance purposes, the person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property. Other things to note Important notice: The accommodation does not include bath sponge,wash cloth, hair conditioner,beach towels or chairs ,coffee, laundry detergent, cooking condiments. In Puerto rico the walls of the accommodations are not noise insulated or have STC windows. You may hear Dogs,Roosters,Frogs(Coqui), Crickets,Birds,Vehicles, Music,Motorcycles or Semi trucks.
