Collierville cottage on 3 acre farm with pool

Fall is starting to peek its eyes open 🍂Come enjoy our family farm located on 3 acres in the peaceful countryside of Collierville. We welcome guests in separate downstairs guest house with private entrance and porch overlooking pool. Look no further for a nature lovers retreat only minutes from city life. No trains or busy street noises just birds singing and crickets chirping. Amazing restaurants and shopping minutes away when you’re ready to explore! The pool is open till November. The space Why work and relax at a hotel with slamming doors and loud people when you can work remotely and lounge around in nature in your own oasis. WiFi throughout property. The unit is a downstairs studio layout with over 400 sq ft. The bedroom, kitchenette and living room spaces are all in same oversized area which features queen size bed, large couch, and loveseat all within viewing area of large mounted tv. There is a 1 burner stove, large air fryer, mini refrigerator, coffee/tea station with Keurig, pots, pans, utensils and dishes to do light cooking. Enjoy some of our farm fresh eggs from our hens. (Eggs may not be available during winter as we don’t force hens to hay during cold months) Don’t worry no roosters on property. The only alarm count is the one you set. The bathroom is private and includes everything you'll need - shampoo/conditioner and soap. Forget something - we've got you covered with an assortment of toiletries you can use during your stay. The cottage has an outdoor seating area with two chairs, small end table and picnic table for eating as well as use of any of the other outdoor patio areas. Pool features outdoor loungers and shaded cabana for afternoon naps. Location: 15-20 minutes from Arlington, Germantown, and Cordova TN and border of Mississippi for Byhalia and Olive Branch with convenient access to Hwy 269/385. Notes & Rules: *We live on property in the main house separate from the cottage. *No smoking inside cottage. *NO EVENTS, BIRTHDAY or POOL PARTIES. *There is a TWO PERSON maximum guest allowance. Contact host for exceptions. *If items such as pillows, towels, bedding is stained, stolen or damaged during visit guests will be billed. *We have free ranging chickens so we cannot accept any guests with animals. *There is a upstairs apartment (not for guest use) as well so we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. *If you plan on bringing 2 cars please alert us at time of reservation for parking instructions. *Host service charge fees are charged by Airbnb. They collect this fee during booking. It is not paid to host. Guest access Keypad entry allows you to come and go as you please. Our guests are welcome to use the multiple patio areas on property along with their private, patio space outside the double door entrance of guesthouse. The pool can be enjoyed during warmer months. Other things to note Our livestock have free run of the property therefore we can not accept any animals from our guests. Our dog prefers to rule the property and roam yard unleashed as well. Our animals safety is our first priority. There is an upstairs residential apartment so we ask that all guests be mindful of noise levels.
