Mirante da Serra is located Condomínio Águas da Serra Haras and Golf in Bananeiras. Full leisure and fun structure for family and friends. The City has several dining options and exclusive tours. The space Mirante da Serra has two suites on the first floor, both with balcony and views of the valley, tv and fans. In the same space there is a large room for coexistence with a sofa and a place for hammock. On the ground floor we have a TV room with smart TV and a dining room/full kitchen, two bedrooms with balcony and reversible bathroom, open balcony with views of the valley, service area and toilet. In the Sub Soil there is a game room equipped with barbecue, beer, sound box, thermal box, chairs and tables, American kitchen, double room, bathroom. We have two parking spaces. The entire structure of the Condominium can be used for free. Guest access Access to the whole property, except room/dispensation on the subsoil. Other things to note During the stay, I provide an assistant to assist in the preparation of meals and cleaning the rooms. The amount must be paid by the guest directly with the assistant.
