Located in the desirable hills near the English Rose, this home is quite but easily accessible off the main highway. Full kitchen, new beds, fast wifi, and the amazing views will make sure you love your stay! House comes fully equipped with solar panles, Tesla batteries, & a water cistern to ensure you are never without power or water. The space Casa de Stevie is very comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings and a well-equipped kitchen and laundry center. The property features air conditioning in all rooms, and most importantly, in Rincon, a backup solar system and water cistern. For entertainment, we have a large TV and a BBQ on the balcony." Guest access This property is two levels. On the first level, you'll find the 'Stevie Airbnb House.' Downstairs, there's an independent apartment that serves as a permanent residence for our tenant. She has a white vehicle and parks it on the right side of the property. Casa stevie guest can park on the left side of the house. We have enough space for 3-4 vehicles. There's an entrance for the Airbnb at the front of the property, and on the exterior right side, there's a staircase leading down to the tenant's apartment entrance. Roof top off- limits: For the safety of our guests, please refrain from accessing the rooftop. This area does not have railings as we house our solar system and water cistern there."
