CLEAN as YOU GO (to prevent from being charge of cleaning fee) 2. NO pets of any kind is allowed within Wind Residences premises 3. STRICTLY 4-Pax (persons) limit per room according to SMDC Residences admin. Unregistered guests or visitors can not go to any rooms within SMDC Residences. (Only infant 1month below is not counted) They are only allowed to meet the registered guests in the condo lobby. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged based on the penalty set by the admin. 5. Please do not throw anything on the toilet bowl (tissue, napkin, etc.) to prevent clogging. 6. Any loss or damages to property will be charged accordingly. Stained linens that cannot be removed by bleaches, and furniture/electronic devices etc. will be charged P500 to the guest. 7. Lost keys will be charged P1,000. 8. NO FREE PARKING. There are parking located at our clubhouse and infront of Wind residences for P200 overnight. If you wish to park somewhere closer to our unit, my caretaker offers tower 5 parking for P500 overnight 9. The maximum set of towels provided are 2 regardless of indicated number of guests. Please let me know if you’d like to request for additional sets for P50/piece. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME: 2:00 PM Check-in. 12:00 PM Checkout. 22hours stay. The Check-in time window is 2 pm to 6 pm. If guests check-in after 6 pm, there will be an extra charge of Php 300. Additional Php 200 per hour in exceed of the checkout time. Extension of stay is subject to room availability and additional charges.
