Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and the main bedroom opens up onto a beautiful green garden where guests can enjoy lovely sunny days. The unit is fully furnished and features a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and uncapped WIFI. The open-plan dining / living area opens up on to a patio adjacent to the main bedroom, with a Weber braai and seating for four people. All guests have access to the communal area with a swimming pool, tennis court and clubhouse (which can be rented for functions). A nail salon is situated on the premises and contact details can be shared on request. One under cover parking bay is secured for the unit, with ample parking space for additional vehicles and visitors within the complex. For stays longer than one week, I do require that a cleaning lady comes in once a week at an additional cost of R300 per day. She is available to come in more often should you request more regular cleaning services. Other things to note The complex is guarded by 24 hour security. Loadshedding: Should there be government implemented loadshedding during your stay, the unit has a portable single gas stove in the kitchen cupboard as well as backup lights in the kitchen and both bedrooms. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the planned loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it. Please note here is no generator or inverter.
