Little Casa at Little Lake

Newly built one bedroom studio centrally located in peaceful street metres from Warilla Beach. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and the coastal bike track, with Lake Illawarra a short stroll away. You can hear the sound of waves crashing and the smell of the sea breeze while you relax in your own private space, including full kitchen and front courtyard, tastefully attached to a family home. Whether for work, holidays or visiting friends, take a break when visiting our Little Casa. The space Walk down in to your own courtyard and in to your private unit. Open space and free from clutter, a long kitchen stone bench top wraps around to the kitchen area with full kitchen facilities, induction cook top, dishwasher and double sink with integrat ed dish rack and r. To the left of the entry you have lounge and kitchen table and a full sized fridge. Walk in to your bedroom there is a study bench and queen bed. Off the bedroom is the ensuite with a shower, toilet and large washing machine. Guest access Courtyard directly on front of the studio. Other things to note Please indicate in your booking if you will be requiring the sofa bed. There are many usb ports integrated in to power points, both in the kitchen and bedroom. There is an integrated dishrack inside the sink as well as a drain rack on top of the sink but still feel free to use the dishwasher. We use solar power to help offset our carbon emissions and when possible we will line dry your sheets in the fresh seaside air. The unit is well insulated and is double bricked. Though attached to the family home, we have made every effort to sound proof walls and doors so you are able to enjoy your stay in comfort.. We are centrally located to many popular tourists destinations. Easy access on major roads to Wollongong (15 min north) and to the south is Shellharbour (5min by car, 40min by foot), ShellCove marina and Kiama (15min). The Southern Highlands are 30minutes away as is Berry. We are primely located for sports buffs, with prime access to kilometers of footpaths for joggers and cyclists, the beach for surfing or fishing. Warilla Barrack Point Surf Club is about 300meters away. There are some local bus services that will take you to the major shopping center at Shellharbour and to Wollongong. We are 6 minutes by car from Oak Flats train station, where there is an active taxi service. Shellharbour Junction train station is quite close too but does not offer regular bus or taxi service. We do not cater for parties, hens/bucks/schoolies or large groups of people. The unit is in a residential area and is attached to a family home so parties of any nature are forbidden.
