On foot you will have shops, restaurants, shopping center and bus stops; in addition, access to the round and to the A‑8 . The space It has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a trundle bed (removable lower bed) that can be converted into a 1.80 m x 1.90 m bed. Bedding and towels are included. Both have closets and perchas to organize your luggage. Travel cot with mattress and sheets available in the apartment. Guest access The modern American kitchen, with central island, appliances (extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, combi refrigerator and coffee maker) You also have cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and kitchen utensils at your disposal to cook like at home. The living room is bright and offers TV and internet connection, we have books and toys for children. It has emergency light at the entrance and ABC powder extinguisher. The bathroom includes a large shower, towels, toiletries (bath gel, shampoo, hand soap), toilet paper, and a hairdryer. The house has a small elevator, very useful for carrying luggage. Free street parking (white line area) The location is ideal: within walking distance you will have shops, restaurants, a shopping center and bus stops; in addition, access to the roundabout and the A-8 speeds up travel through Asturias. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Check-in IS IN PERSON from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If you arrive at a different time, it can be from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but there is flexibility in check-in depending on the dates of the reservation. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. WE TAKE SECURITY MEASURES to prevent identity theft and fraud in the use of the apartment. Late check-out is possible until 7:00 PM, with an extra charge payable upon arrival. We use, as much as possible, natural cleaning products. These products are highly effective for cleaning and have no negative effects on health or the environment. Responsible heating in our home: We understand the importance of heating in the colder months, due to our mild climate we have electric radiators that have an extra cost if you want a certain extra stretch of hours , we provide 2 hours in the afternoon at no cost to maintain comfort in the apartment. Availability: Winter (December, January and February). Important note: It is not a central heating system that has greater heating power. In order to check in, the identification of all guests will be required, by means of their ID or Passport, thus complying with the regulations of the Registry of Viajeros of the Police in mandatory Spanish territory. HOUSE RULES Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the house or in the windows. It is not allowed to carry out cryptocurrency mining work, or any other type of business in the house, its use is exclusive vacation, or for stays of no more than three to four temporary months. Respect for the neighborhood rest (the community is very quiet): silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Visits are allowed but may not stay overnight in the home.
