The space Spacious Apartment in a Peaceful Beachfront Resort – Ideal for Families & Groups This beautiful ground-floor apartment is located in a well-established and tranquil beachfront resort. The area offers generous space between the buildings, a large and lush garden, and stunning views of the sea. Just 15 meters away, you’ll find an inviting swimming pool with a jacuzzi—perfect for relaxation and family-friendly enjoyment. The apartment features 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with three single beds, providing a total of 7 permanent sleeping spaces. In addition, the living room offers a sofa bed, allowing for up to 2 extra guests, with a maximum capacity of 9 people. The standard rate includes up to 4 guests using 2 bedrooms, with flexible bed configuration (two double beds or one double bed and one room with twin beds). The third bedroom can be opened by arrangement. For groups larger than 4 guests, an additional fee of THB 300 per person per night applies. The apartment includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with an extra kitchen island and a dining table seating 6–8 guests, ideal for shared meals and social gatherings. The bright, open-plan living room features a smart TV, and large sliding doors open onto a spacious private terrace with comfortable seating and an outdoor bathtub, offering uninterrupted views of the garden and the sea. Please use the designated pathway when accessing the beach. The gardens closest to the beachfront are private; all other areas of the resort are free to use and enjoy. The rooftop terrace is primarily reserved for the second-floor apartment. However, when guests are staying in the ground-floor apartment, we are happy to arrange shared access on alternate days by mutual agreement 😉 Other things to note The house includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels once per week (Saturdays). Please let us know if there is a week when you do not require this service. Electricity is charged according to usage at 6 THB per unit. A refundable deposit of 1,000 THB is paid upon key handover, together with an initial electricity meter reading. Final electricity settlement is made by agreement with the host before departure, based on your actual consumption. 8 baht per unit. This is a newly built property, furnished with new furniture and new air-conditioning units throughout. Electricity usage is measured individually. We take a photo of the meter, and consumption is calculated together by agreement the day before departure. Electricity is charged at THB 8 baht per unit for your use.
