However, if you have a large luggage, the walk may take a bit longer. For those who prefer not to walk with heavy bags, we recommend taking a taxi from Shinjuku Sta. for a quicker and more comfortable arrival. If you’re looking for a room that’s very close to the station, please note that our room is not directly adjacent to the station. 4.Important Notices **Non Smoking** Smoking including vape is strictly prohibited on the outdoor balcony as well as indoors. In the event of finding cigarette butts or detecting the smell of tobacco indoors, a cleaning fee of JPY 50,000 will be charged. **Pet-Friendly Environment with Big Dog Residents** Please be aware that our building is home to several residents with large dogs. While they are well-behaved, you may encounter them in common areas. If you or your group have any concerns regarding large dogs, please keep this in mind when booking your stay. **Lost Key and Improper Return Penalty:** If you lose the key or leave it in a location other than the specified return place during check-out, a penalty of JPY 50,000 will be charged. **Security Camera** Based on a request from the Shibuya Government office, we have installed one security camera outside of the entrance door for identity verification purposes. *There is no security Camera inside of the room. If the above violation is confirmed, we will request an immediate departure and a fine of JPY 50,000 will be charged. **Damage or Staining of the Room:** In the event that you damage or stain the room, please inform us immediately. If there are costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition, you will be billed for the actual expenses incurred, including replacements. **Improper Disposal of Bulky Items Penalty:** If you leave bulky items such as trunks as improper disposal, a penalty of JPY 20,000 will be charged. If you need to dispose of bulky items, please consult with us in advance. **Pets and assistance dogs** Prior approval is required for accommodating assistance dogs. Bringing Animals/pets, including assistance dogs, without prior approval will result in immediate eviction upon discovery and a penalty fee of JPY 50,000. **Room Size** The room is 31㎡. The ceiling is slightly lower in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Please make your reservation with this in mind. We cannot offer refunds or accept low ratings due to the space being small or the ceiling being too low. **Room amenities** If you take towels, electronics, or other room amenities without permission, we will charge you the actual cost. **Room Cleaning** There is no cleaning service during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies are provided, so please take care of any messes yourself if necessary. 5.Reservation Change We do not allow reservation date changes within 5 days of check-in. This policy helps us maintain fairness for all guests and avoid any misunderstandings regarding cancellation fees. 6.Booking Restrictions for New or Unreviewed Guests We may refuse bookings from guests who are new to Airbnb or have no reviews. Please be aware of this in advance. 7.We only accept reservations from those who agree to all the following items, as complaints from neighbors are anticipated: - Prohibition of parties, drinking gatherings, and banquets - Prohibition of smoking in the room, on the balcony, and around the building (except in designated smoking areas) - Prohibition of disturbing neighboring residents - Prohibition of noisy activities (please be quiet after 9 PM) -Prohibition of bringing non-registered guests into the accommodation. If the above violation is confirmed, we will request an immediate departure and a fine of JPY 50,000 will be charged.(In the case of persistent noise issues after warnings, early departure may be enforced or a fine imposed, and, in extreme cases, police involvement may occur.)
