The Yorkshire retreat is a warm, contemporary & spacious three bed detached house with modern features that sits on the edge of the countryside at the foothills of the North Yorks Moors. A gastro pub in walking distance, close proximity to James Cook & villages Stokesley, Yarm & Great Ayton great areas for walking, shopping & Yorkshire delights. Plus, short drive to the coast -check out Saltburn pier for fish & chips or explore the rugged coastline further to the idyllic fishing town of Whitby. The space Quiet cul-de-sac with ample free parking for two cars. Open plan kitchen diner with an open feel to the living room. French doors leading to large sunny and well kept garden. Downstairs also has storage and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one kingsize master with en-suite shower bathroom. Second bedroom is a double with lots of wardrobe space. Main bathroom with shower and bath and to finish a third bedroom which has a new single bed and a desk to for workspace if needed. House is detached which gives more privacy for guests. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house communal areas and garden - dependent on how many guests are staying will determine how many bedrooms need to be accessed. As of Sept 2024 newly opened Miller and Carter pub in walking distance for meals, drinks and socialising The home is suitable for contractors working in the area - it is around 15-20 minutes drive into the industrial parts of the town. Local train station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi journey and the daily route travel into Middlesbrough town centre for wider connections or for a trip out to coast you can reach Whitby.
