Our charming little house is at the end of a very quiet small courtyard and has a 30 m2 garden so you can enjoy the sun and a good barbecue while the kids have fun. Located in the heart of Paris, 50 meters from Place de la Bastille, you have a central position that allows you to visit and enjoy all the best neighborhoods in Paris without necessarily taking public transport... the Marais, Saint Germain, the Sentier... It's waiting just for you. The space We live in a small Parisian house. It's a cocoon in the heart of Paris, isolated and away from noise. You enter directly through a separate entrance via the garden in which you will find a gas barbecue, some games for children and a very beautiful terrace. You push the door and a hallway welcomes you with a large library. You arrive in a large living/dining room where you will enjoy curling up after a day of visiting Paris :) Access to the kitchen has been opened in the wall so that budding Great Chefs are not isolated. Upstairs you will find: - bathroom with bathtub. - a master bedroom with king size bed and overhead projector to make the most of this exceptional bed. - a child's room that is perfect for an adult because the bed is a 90 x 190. - a toilet.
