Local walks include the Arnside Morecambe Bay Walk, and the walk from Coniston Village to Levers Water and Church Beck. The space Amongst the many attractions nearby you can explore Lake Windermere, Newby Bridge, the Lythe and Winster Valleys, the vibrant town of Kendal, Ulverston and the Grizedale Forest. On entering this delightful cottage you will step into a small lower hall with stairs that lead up into the spacious and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Set under heavy oak beams and a pitched ceiling you have to one end a comfortable lounge with Smart TV and wood burner flame effect electric fire which then this leads through to the dining and kitchen area. You will find the attractive kitchen is equipped with a double electric oven and hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and French doors that open to lead outside. The laundry facilities are housed in the garage which has internal access and which offers bike and luggage storage. Next to the lounge you will find a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC. Heading down to the lower floor you will find another comfy double bedroom, as well as the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a small dressing room which can also be used for a cot.
