Fridge/Freezer & electric kettle and French press with coffee and tea in the room also. Downstairs, there is a washer/dryer and another kitchen. Perfect for short term visitors: whether you are here to finish your degree or here for a meeting or to consider to move here, this space is suitable and supersede your expectations. The space Located upstairs in a 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath house that functions as a working photo studio during the day. Guest access Park on K Street north of 5th Street. No permits or limits. House is 10 blocks from UC Davis, four blocks from the nearest grocery store (Food Coop) and around the corner from two restaurants and 7-Eleven. ++ Kitchen and laundry are available as well as the front patio and back yard. During your stay I am around most of the time during your stay in my own office space downstairs unless I am traveling which I will communicate ahead of time. I have a friendly, hypoallergenic dog (he is 18 pounds) and sweet. He comes with me to the office about 2-3x per week during the evenings mostly. Other things to note I have fast WIFI and a printer (laser) should you need to make a few copies during your stay.
