Studio 32 - Self-contained Studio

A quaint, open plan studio, sits amongst lovely gardens in a very quiet street in Reesville, just six minutes drive from the popular town of Maleny, in the highlands of the Sunshine Coast. A perfect escape to either see the sights of the Blackall Range, it’s cute villages and amazing walks, or relax in the studio or on it’s expansive deck, for a rejuvenating retreat. The Studio is separate to the main residence, and once inside you will feel quite secluded. Note: Fireplace is decorative only. The space The studio was completely renovated in 2020 with new kitchen and bathroom with an expansive deck added to the back of it. Many of the original features like the timber doors and windows were retained, and add character to the building. Reverse cycle air conditioning is available for all year round comfort. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, with fridge, microwave, combo oven/air fryer, two induction hotplates and sandwich maker. Toaster, kettle and coffee machine are also supplied. All the crockery, glassware, cutlery, pot and pans and cooking utensils you would expect. Tea and coffee is provided, as well as cereals, bread and milk, butter and a variety of spreads, plus cooking and eating condiments. Fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and of course towels. Bedroom area is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, and ample cupboard space. Fresh linen is of course supplied. Living area has table and chairs, comfortable lounge and large screen television running a chromecast. There are also some games available. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, soap powder, an airer and pegs, and a laundry tub. There is also a clothesline for your exclusive use. Guest access The entire studio with the deck are for your exclusive use, as well as the garden area surrounding the studio. Plus you have a parking space just outside the studio. Other things to note Unlimited WIFI is available in the studio. It is a non-smoking residence, and unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
