Enjoy a private retreat when you stay in this quiet 3 bedroom ranch in Medway, just 15 min from downtown Dayton, OH. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, along with an oversized, fenced-in yard complete with a covered porch overlooking the backyard. We’ve just finished completely remodeling the entire home - everything inside is completely brand new! Medway is a small, unincorporated town where you can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy living in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The space The front door opens into a spacious living room equipped with a large wall-mounted TV equipped with Roku Stick. High Speed Internet and Wifi are included in your stay, so you'll be able to stream from any and all of your favorite services. The living room leads to an adjacent dining room with seating for four. The large galley style kitchen has ample storage space and gleaming brand new granite countertops. You'll find a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, plus we've also added a full size washer and dryer so you won't have to worry about visiting a laundromat. The cabinets are stocked with all the basics you'll need, but if you find there's anything missing please don't hesitate to reach out. We've included two types of coffee machines - a traditional one and a single-serve Keurig - so you can choose your preferred method of caffeine intake. There are three bedrooms with room to comfortably sleep up to five. Two bedrooms are set up with queen beds - we purchased brand new 10" memory foam mattresses and have used zippered washable mattress protectors from the beginning to ensure that every one of our guests is protected and can sleep comfortably. We've included two complete sets of sheets and pillowcases, and layered cotton and fleece blankets to customize your comfort level while you are sleeping. The best part is that this type of bedding fits easily in the washer and dryer - no oversized comforters or duvets that are difficult to launder (and let's be honest - you're always left wondering if and when they have actually been washed!). There is plenty of storage space for your belongings, and each bedroom includes a lighted ceiling fan, nightstand, as well as a bedside lamp. The third bedroom is set up as a home office, with a desk and office chair for those that work from home or want a comfortable space to work in the evening. There is also a futon that quickly converts to a full size bed if you need the extra sleeping space, and additional storage. Your bathroom features all-new everything, and is stocked with some starter supplies for your convenience. Other things to note Starter supplies of toilet paper, tissues, paper towel, toiletries, and laundry detergent provided. Cleaning supplies are provided. If you are interested in adding on a regular cleaning service during your stay, contact us! The home has central heating controlled by the thermostat in the hallway. There is an air conditioning unit available for your use as well. Electricity, water, and gas are included in your stay, but kindly be mindful of your usage. You'll find a washer and dryer available for your use in the house. We have a small starter supply of laundry detergent for your use, but you are responsible for your own detergent. Plenty of free parking is available in the driveway. To open the gate before entering the driveway, simply lift the gate latch and swing the doors open. The electronic keypad is located on the back door. You'll find rugs to wipe your feet clean at both the front and back entrances. We've also provided a boot tray to help contain the mess on wet days, as well as coat hooks near both the front and back doors. You are welcome to enjoy all the rooms on the main level of the house. The basement is for utility access only and is not intended for your use.
