Other things to note +Swimming pool information: Because my place belongs in big building complex so the swimming pool could in different building with your building where your apartment located in. The swimming pool on 6th floor in hotel area with the fee for using: 50k/pax and 90k/ pax ( with one drink which choose in menu ). We had upload the picture of swimming pool and gym room in our photo gallery + Gym room has many around here and has fee for using. + Parking information : - Free parking : public parking in front of the beach, on the street behind the building or free parking behind building ( unattended ) Note that you should not park overnight: only suitable for daytime parking or temporary parking at night. In the evening, you should put the car in the basement ( has fee ) or in the parking lot. - Parking with the fee : Underground parking: 30,000 VND / time, 100,000 VND overnight Parking lot near the lobby of the building: charge 100,000 VND/day (calculated by 24 hours. For example: from 12pm today - 12pm the next day), 16-seat car 150k/day and night We recommended to take the car to the basement at night after you do not go anymore (when you do not choose to pay the parking fee by day).
