Rabbit Bungalow is one of five seasonal glamping cabins in Minnesota at Cuyuna Cove with AC, heat, and everything you need for a cozy red dirt getaway. Enjoy direct access to 70+ miles of Cuyuna MTB trails, the paved trail, and crystal-clear mine lakes—plus breweries and restaurants nearby. Note: No bathroom inside; a short walk leads to our beautiful spa-inspired shower house. The space About Cuyuna Cove Cuyuna Cove is a small, family-run nature stay on the edge of historic Main Street Crosby, Minnesota. Designed and built by husband-and-wife team Kelsey and Chris, the property was created for people who love the outdoors and want a comfortable place to return after a day on the trails or exploring the lakes. Our three-acre property sits directly connected to the Cuyuna trail system and includes five modern cabins on stilts, five seasonal glamping bungalows, a spa-inspired shower house, and a custom-built redwood sauna. From your bungalow you can bike directly onto over 70 miles of world-class Cuyuna Mountain Bike Trails, walk to the paved trail system and mine lakes, or stroll into Crosby for restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and local shopping. The Bungalows Our seasonal bungalows offer a simple, beautiful glamping experience designed for two guests. All bungalows except Rabbit Bungalow (which is this bungalow listing) are dog friendly with a dog added to your reservation & the pet fee paid. Inside you’ll find a queen bed with cotton bedding and warm duvet, organic coffee beans with grinder and French press, board games, lanterns and thoughtful touches throughout. Outside each bungalow has its own patio, small picnic table and fire pit. Heating and air conditioning are provided by a mini split so the space stays comfortable during the entire season. Shower House The bungalows do not have private bathrooms. A short forest walk lis with string lights brings you to our modern shared shower house designed with spa-like touches including tiled showers and heated toilet seats. Lanterns are also provided when the lights go out for star gazing. Guests consistently tell us the shower house ends up being one of their favorite parts of the experience. Ride the Cuyuna trails, paddle the crystal-clear mine lakes, walk the Cuyuna paved trail, explore Crosby’s shops and breweries, and end the day with a sauna and bonfire under the stars. It’s a place for simple, nature-filled weekends and slower mornings. Location Cuyuna Cove sits on three wooded acres just off Highway 6, directly connected to the trail system and one minute from downtown Crosby. Oars-N-Mine Bait & Tackle is next door for fishing gear and local tips, and the mine lakes and trailheads are just minutes away with bike and paddling rentals just one minute away in town. Guest access Guest Access You’ll have your own private glamping bungalow, complete with: • A cozy queen bed • Secure bike storage • Personal fire pit with a grate for cooking • Picnic table and outdoor chairs • Handmade hammock for relaxing under the trees Shared Spaces • Parking is shared among guests. Wagons are provided to help haul your luggage—please return them promptly so others can use them. • The custom redwood sauna is available to all guests. • Additional shared amenities include community picnic tables and fire pits. • Our modern, spa-inspired shower house is just a short walk from your bungalow. It includes 2 bathrooms and 2 showers shared with 4 other bungalows. Other things to note 👥 Occupancy & Children Policy • All accommodations are designed for 2 guests max • Children, including infants, are not typically a good fit due to: - Compact cabin layouts - No baby gear (cribs, changing tables, etc.) - Safety concerns (elevated decks, fire pits, shared spaces) • Exceptions may be made for 1 adult + 1 child over 8 or an infant — must be approved in advance • Extra guests without approval may result in cancellation • Please message us before booking if you have any questions — we're happy to help ensure the space is right for you! • Pet stays must be pre-approved by adding your dog to your Airbnb reservation and the pet fee paid at booking (Rabbit is NOT a pet friendly option) • One parking space per reservation—there is no room for trailers or additional vehicles • This is a quiet, nature-forward property—no parties, outside visitors, or amplified music allowed • Firewood is available for purchase on-site • The redwood sauna is included with your stay. While almost always available, we do not offer refunds if it is unavailable due to cleaning or maintenance • Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We recommend travel insurance, as we don’t issue refunds for last-minute changes • A 35+ page digital Things To Do Guide is sent before your stay with trail maps, local eats, and hidden gems
