Guest access Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. A guest form is required to be completed prior to check in order for us to generate an access code which is required to enter the estate. Guests are required to scan in using an access code and their drivers license when entering and exiting the estate. If no drivers license is available security will be required to take a picture of you. Other things to note Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in. Meals - Guests can order meals for delivery from local restaurants Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. There is on-going renovation work in some of the suites, as well as nearby construction activity. As a result, there is potential for noise between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
