If you want to disconnect from everything and share with friends and family, this 5BR house is ideal. Located very close to the most famous sites in Los Angeles such as Universal Hollywood Studios, you will have plenty of place to entertain yourself, and then you will find yourself in this magnificent house designed to cover all your needs during your stay, from comfortable rooms for a good rest to a fabulous backyard with its own jacuzzi. The space This stunning 5BR, 2583 sq. ft. home can accommodate over 12 guests and has two (2) king-size beds, two (2) queen size beds, one (1) sofa bed all distributed in great bedrooms, offering wide closets and soft linens. It has a large kitchen with plenty of sunlight, a high island in the middle, fully equipped with utensils, appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living room has a big dining room, a comfortable and spacious sofa and other seating areas overlooking the garden, as well as a flat screen TV in the living room with a fireplace underneath. There are five (5) spacious bathrooms, some with bathtub and/or shower, with double sinks, personal cleaning products, hair dryer, white towels and good water pressure. On the outside it has a wide covered area with patio furniture, a dining table and a flat screen TV. It also has a nice jacuzzi that you can enjoy in the beautiful sunny days. Guest access Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private. Other things to note 1. If possible, a late check-out can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee of $254. 2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500. 3. No parties are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction. 4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $400 per guest and/or eviction. 5. Filming, photoshoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized productions will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction. JACUZZI: There is a $59 fee per stay to heat the jacuzzi, please let us know if you'd like to use it, and we can send in a request to pay this fee. PETS: If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $59 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet. POOL: Pool heating: we can arrange for the pool to be heated – there's a fee of $472 for 48hs.
