The space The CASONA PIRENAICA consists of a total of 5 fully equipped and independent tourist apartments (apartments: N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5), all overlooking the Lanuza reservoir and the mountains. Perfect for 5 groups of family or friends as they can all be together in the same building. The DUPLEX APARTMENT N1 with an area of 125 m2, accommodating up to 8 travelers (including children/babies) is located on the ground floor of the house/building and is composed of two floors. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: LIVING ROOM: 2 sofas, TV and work area. 1 window and 1 balcony overlooking the main street. 1 balcony (small terrace) overlooking the main street and the church. From the living room, the staircase leads to the upper floor where they are located (3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, both with shower): UPPER FLOOR: BEDROOM 1: 1 bed of 180 cms. 1 double closet. 1 large 2.60 x 2.60 cm viewpoint with wonderful views of the reservoir and mountains. Includes 1 set of towels per guest listed on the reservation, sheets and beds are made upon arrival.
