The property is located on the ridge that divides the Langhe and Roero hills, allowing an unparalleled view of both territories. It has three comfortable independent apartments, capable of accommodating different types of travelers. The location of the property allows you to spend your desired holidays in peace and tranquility. The space The elegant apartment suite-3 is located on the ground floor of the building and consists of the open space living area with kitchenette, dining table, TV, sofa bed with two single beds; sleeping area with a lovely bedroom with wardrobe, desk, double bed, TV. A lovely bathroom with a shower. Patio equipped with table and chairs from which to observe the garden and the wonderful panorama that surrounds us and where to have lunch or dinner in the summer. Guest access There is a shared laundry room in front of the building. The apartment will be completely available to guests. Other things to note The cleaning and linen service (sheets and towels) is included in the price shown. If the guest decides to self check-in, the opening code will be communicated by phone two hours before arrival on site. In this case, all guests must present an identity document within 24 hours prior to arrival to register their stay at the property.
