It has appliances (toaster, coffee maker, juicer), Smart TV (WITH ACCESS TO TV by FLOW) Laundry with automatic washing machine and clothesline. It is an open concept of living room with large openings that provide excellent natural lighting and very good quality furnishings with AA, in which you can enjoy an incredible view. You can relax in a comfortable armchair in front of the SMART TV, or enjoy a drink at the bar or the bar that has access to a terrace to breathe fresh air on summer nights. It features a separate quincho by a glass window from the dining room with a grill, complimentary bathroom and a balcony. The rest area is distributed in 2 bedrooms with placares and air conditioning. The master bedroom features a SMART TV (NO cable TV access) A full zoned bathroom with bathroom, bitet and shower separated by glass screen. Hair dryer and personal hygiene items included. (Shampu, cream and liquid soap) Fully fenced backyard. Roofed garage. The park, pool and service bathroom located outside are exclusively for guests.
