Aphrodite Hills Rentals - 3 Bedroom Superior Villa

This is a superbly finished three-bedroom Superior Villa, ideal for a family holiday or for friends sharing, offering ample outdoor areas, where children can play and adults can relax around a beautiful pool. There are high-quality furnishings and fixtures and air conditioning throughout. Note: Receive a mid-stay clean for reservations made for minimum 4 days. Note : Parties/events are not allowed. The space The open plan lounge is furnished with large, comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area can comfortably seat six persons. The kitchen is set next to the dining area and features an island with granite worktops, microwave, electric oven and hob and an integrated dishwasher and is fully equipped. The master bedroom is located on the ground level and features a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and en-suite marble bathroom with a vanity sink, bathtub and WC. On the upper level there is the second bedroom with two single beds (zip & lock), a bedside cabinet and alongside the room, there is a marble bathroom with bathtub, a vanity unit and WC. The third bedroom is found on the lower level and it features two single beds (zip & lock), a bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. There is an additional bathroom which features a shower, single vanity unit and WC. There is a large pergola covered patio featuring a dining table for those who prefer to dine outdoors or simply want to relax by the overflow swimming pool. The patio is set with sunbeds, and the garden beyond has fragrant shrubs, plants and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers. The barbeque facilities are located to the side of the patio area, ideal for alfresco cooking! On the back of the Villa there is also an outdoor Table Tennis. Overall, this is an ideal property to enjoy relaxed, sunny days with family or friends. You just cannot go wrong! ****** Check-in time: any time after 2.00pm Guests must visit the Holiday Rentals Reception for check-in and escort. Upon arrival, a credit card authorization is required. Arrivals after midnight and before 7.30am must collect their keys from the Security Gate at the entrance of Aphrodite Hills Resort. Property Details All properties are well equipped and include linen, bath and pool towels. All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in baby cot). The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No pets allowed. Some of our swimming pools can also be heated. Should you require the pool to be heated, there is an extra cost depending on the pool size and fuel consumption and should be requested upon booking. Note : Parties/events are not allowed. CLEANING OPTIONS • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, prepare beds, dusting. Guests staying in a Premium Serviced Apartment, will receive the ‘Tidy-Up’ in their property daily. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, change linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. Guest access On-Resort Facilities (subject to opening hours/days, seasonal demand) The Village Square is in the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort and features the ‘Pantopoleio Supermarket’ & Bakery, a varied selection of shops, numerous Bars & Restaurants (including the Golf Clubhouse, a traditional Taverna, an Italian Restaurant and an Indian Restaurant, a Pub & Bar, a Costa Coffee, a Häagen-Dazs Ice-cream Parlour, a Beer Garden and a Kebab House). Other Resort facilities include the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Kids Club and Playground, a Tennis Academy, a Golf Academy, a Soccer Academy, a Basketball court, a Horse-Riding Club, Cycling Centre and The Retreat Spa. On site an ATM Cash Machine, Medical Centre and a Pharmacy are available. Aphrodite Hills Rentals guests also have exclusive access to the Guest Reception and Lounge area and its facilities. Other things to note Pet policy The Aphrodite Hills Rentals ,welcome all well-mannered dogs which are housebroken, vaccinated and not bigger than 10 kilos. The administration reserves the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.  Aphrodite Hills Rentals is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog. Guest will be responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by the dog’. Release and Indemnification ( guest will agree to release, defend, and indemnify the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Manager) from any and all claims or damages related to the dog, including any claims by third-parties.
